Yoga Retreat Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

•           Registration: To secure a spot at the retreat, participants must complete the booking form and make a deposit payment as described on the booking page or pay the total cost.

•           Full Payment: The remaining balance on payment plans is due in monthly payments as outlined in the Payments details on the Registration page. If full payment is not received by 30 March 2027, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and forfeit the payments made.

In the event that the timeframe for the four payments required after deposit will extend beyond 30 March 2027, we will arrange a plan that fits into this time frame.

Please note that single accommodations may not be possible depending on the number of retreat guests so if you are traveling solo then you’ll be accommodated with another solo participant.

Shared / Couple rooms are $3650 per person. There is a maximum of two people in a room.

Solo rooms are $4550

•           Payment Methods: Payments will be made via bank transfer.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

•           Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations will not be refunded.

•           If the participant fails to show up, no refund will be issued.

•           Cancellations by organizer: In the unlikely event that the organizer must cancel or postpone the retreat or a program or excursion due to circumstances beyond their control — including, but not limited to, natural disasters, political unrest, travel restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events — no refunds will be issued. The organizer accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred as a result of such circumstances. Every effort will be made to reschedule the event or provide an alternative arrangement where possible, but participation in this retreat is undertaken with the understanding that such external events are outside the organizer’s control.

3. Health & Safety

•           Medical Disclosure: Participants must disclose any medical conditions, injuries or health concerns that could affect their ability to participate fully in the retreat activities. We recommend consulting with a doctor prior to attending.

•           Assumption of Risk: Yoga and physical activities involve inherent risks.

By participating in this retreat, you acknowledge that yoga and other retreat activities involve a degree of physical movement and personal responsibility. You agree to listen to your body, take care of your own wellbeing, and participate at a level that feels appropriate for you. While all reasonable care is taken to ensure your safety, The Yoga Stylist and its representatives accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the retreat or while participating in any related activities.

•            Insurance: Participants must have comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accidents, luggage loss/ damage and trip cancellations. We will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or illness during the retreat.

4. Code of Conduct

•           Respect & Behaviour: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, the retreat staff, and the environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

•           Alcohol & Drugs: Consumption of alcohol should be undertaken with the consideration of other participants comfort and peace at the hotel. The use of recreational drugs is prohibited during the retreat. If you are found to be under the influence of recreational drugs or inebriated, you may be asked to leave.

•           Photography & Social Media: Participants may take photos during the retreat for personal use. However, photos of other participants or teachers must be taken with permission. Any photos or videos shared on social media must respect the privacy of others.

There will be photos taken of the retreat groups to use for marketing so please be sure to tell Annebelle if you do not consent to this.

5. Retreat Itinerary & Changes

•           Program Changes: The retreat itinerary may be subject to change due to weather conditions, availability of instructors, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants in advance.

•           No Refund for Missed Activities: No refunds will be provided for missed activities, including yoga classes, excursions or meals.

6. Liability & Waiver

•           By attending the retreat, participants agree to release the retreat organizers and facilitators from any liability for injury, loss, or damage during the retreat. This includes, but is not limited to, physical injury, illness or loss of property.

7. Accommodation & Meals

•           Accommodation: Accommodation options will be provided as outlined in the retreat website. Any special requests (e.g., room preferences) should be communicated at the time of booking via email to Annebelle. ( Annebelle.theyogastylist@gmail.com )

•           Meals: Please email Annebelle at annebelle.theyogastylist@gmail.com with special dietary needs.

The meals served will be focused on plant based and gluten free. However, there will be some omnivore dishes too, but the focus is plant based.

Breakfasts and dinners are included in the pricing. Lunches are not included but will be available to charge to your room at the resort if you wish.

• Soulshine has a strict policy regarding durian fruit not being allowed on the property.

• Soulshine Bali believes in being a green venue. Your retreat payment includes waste removal, composting and recycling fees to certified waste removalists in Bali.

• Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, inside buildings and the yoga studio. Smoking is allowed on the grounds in designated areas.

  Soulshine also lists these points in the retreat agreement:

• Use of any illegal drugs are prohibited.

• Pets are not allowed in the resort area

• Honor the Balinese Culture by dressing appropriately when visiting temples,  behave respectfully, avoid temples if you are bleeding in any way, and walk carefully to avoid stepping on offerings.

• Respect personal space and avoid touching others' heads.

• Be mindful of electricity, energy and water use.

• Inform staff immediately if feeling unwell or if you notice any safety hazards.

• Always conduct transactions in cash using Indonesian currency.

• Keep noise levels down after 10 PM and before 7 AM.

• Explore around the property, stop and chat.

• Dispose of litter properly.

• Drink only bottled or filtered water.

• Opt for alternatives to single-use plastics.

• Use Soulshine property responsibly.

• Food and Beverage at the restaurant is available for your convenience.

• In order to respect others' privacy, please coordinate with Soulshine management in advance if you have professional photo session

•  In-room safe deposit box is available for you to keep your valuables

• For safety, the pool area is reserved for adults.

• 8. Travel & Visa

•           Travel Arrangements: Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Bali and obtaining any necessary visas for entry into Indonesia. This includes travel to and from your local airport and your flights. Transport to and from the retreat venue from Ngurah Rai Airport will be arranged by Annebelle for August 28 and September 3. If you are arriving earlier or staying on after the retreat your airport transfers will be at your own expense.

•           Arrival & Departure: Participants will need arrive at the retreat location for check in at 3pm August 28 and check out by 11am on September 3 2027. Details for transportation to and from the retreat venue will be provided closer to the event.

9. Force Majeure

•           The retreat organizers are not responsible for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, travel restrictions, or other unforeseeable events.

10. Agreement to Terms

•           By booking and attending the retreat, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy Policy

•           Personal Data: All personal information provided by participants will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of administering the retreat. We will not share your details with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
