Directions
Place the Luxe Eye Pillow over your eyes and distribute the contents evenly and relax.
A deeper relaxation may be attained by having a little more of the eye pillow contents weighted centrally between and slightly above the eyebrows, as this stimulates an Ayurvedic pressure point, soothing the nervous system.
We encourage you to listen to one of our guided relaxation tracks to enhance your time out, or to lull you to sleep.
