These luxury mini bolsters are made by hand on the Bass Coast and the velvet covers are hand washable in cold water.
Perfect for supporting you in restorative and yin poses, pranayama and meditation. The bolsters are intentionally filled to 3/4 so you can move the filling around to suit your needs.
In long held poses you can use them as sandbags to anchor and support the body.
The inner bolster covers are 100% cotton and they are filled with organic rice husks.
