Directions
Place the Luxe Eye Pillow over your eyes and distribute the contents evenly and relax.
A deeper relaxation may be attained by having a little more of the eye pillow contents weighted centrally between and slightly above the eyebrows, as this stimulates an Ayurvedic pressure point, soothing the nervous system.
